Had a great 4 nights here! The owner, Mr Kadum, was super helpful and responsive. Loved the free snacks and juices always available in the living room, perfect for late-night munchies. Plus, the bus stop right across made getting around easy. I’ll definitely be back! 😊

While the location is reasonably close to the city center, it could be more conveniently situated for easy access to public transport.

The property was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at home. The spacious standard triple room allowed for comfort and relaxation after a long day of exploring. Excellent transport links made getting into the city and to nearby Portobello beach a breeze!

The bathroom felt cramped!!! The shower cubicle harbored mildew!!! The carpet was filthy, with hair everywhere!!! No water in the room, unlike other places I've stayed!!! A little more cleanliness could improve the overall experience!!!

Facilities show significant signs of wear. the shower controls in one room were malfunctioning, making it a chore to wash up. Bathrooms lack maintenance, with mildew in the shower grouting and peeling mirrors. Some rooms reported dirty carpets and unvacuumed areas, detracting from comfort.

Cleanliness stood out , complemented by a delightful courtesy breakfast featuring fresh organic products. navigating parking rules was a challenge, as a neighbor raised concerns despite having a blue badge, adding some frustration to the visit. while the room décor was nice, there were minor issues with maintenance that could be improved.
